Angkoro
In Cambodia, most small sellers run their business inside Telegram: a product photo posted in a group, an order taken over chat, an address scribbled down, delivery tracked in a notebook, cash counted by hand at the end of the day. It works until it doesn't: orders get missed, stock runs out without warning, money owed by delivery drivers goes untracked, and sellers have no real sense of which products actually make them money. Angkoro gives those sellers a proper shop without asking them to leave Telegram. It runs as a Telegram Mini App (technically a web app, but buyers never see a browser, create an account, or download anything). Sellers get a product catalog with prices and stock, every order tracked from placement to delivery to payment, one-tap promotions sent straight to their existing Telegram customers, and sales reports that show what's selling, what's stuck, and what they're really earning. Angkoro sells the software; sellers keep the customer relationship and the sale, closer to Shopify than Shopee.

Context & Motivation
I'm part of the founding team at Coorad building Angkoro, contributing across both frontend and backend alongside a growing group of collaborators. As Chief Product Officer, I also guide the product vision, making sure what we build stays grounded in what Cambodian sellers actually struggle with day to day, so the result is useful and valuable for real, small businesses rather than just technically impressive.
The goal is to give small Cambodian sellers running their business through Telegram a proper, professional shop: one that replaces missed orders, untracked stock, and hand-counted cash with a system that just works, without asking them to leave the chat their customers already trust.

Outcome
Angkoro has been built end-to-end and is ready for launch. The team shipped a working Telegram Mini App that takes sellers from scattered chat-based selling to a proper shop with real inventory, order, and sales tracking, validating that a software-subscription model, charging sellers a monthly fee rather than taking a cut of buyer sales, can work in the Cambodian market. With the core product complete, the focus now shifts to onboarding early sellers and refining the experience based on real usage.
